Let us design a nutrition plan* for you.  Our Nutrition Plans include whole foods as the basis with supplementation as needed and to increase performance and goal attainability.

Our plans give you a template to go by with your specific information and goals in mind, and allows you to select from a variety of nutritious choices that fit your plan.  No day to day inflexible plans here; we offer a guidance and let you fill in the foods you love based on macronutrient needs and replacement categories for proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.

        Each plan is designed specifically to provide you with the calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat amounts and ratios to optimally meet YOUR specific goals.  Each plan is designed based on YOUR information, YOUR constraints, YOUR food preferences, and YOUR goals.

        With our Recomp Nutrition Plans you don't just get a quick and dirty meal guide, you get a full plan with two weeks of designed meals to fit you, as well as nutritional information and tips, and guidance on how to manipulate your plan so it changes as you do! 

        Here is what your plan includes:

        Your Nutrition Plan Snapshot provides you with a summary of your plan including the basic information you need to continue on your journey.  This includes your nutrition goals, constraints, a information snapshot, and more!

        We include the information you provided during the nutrition assessment, as well as information used to complete your nutritional profile, and summarize it for you here.  You can look back ant anytime and see how you are progressing and if we need to update your plan as you progress.

        Your Recomp™ Nutrition Plan is not just a quick and dirty, inflexible plan; we designed your plan so you can modify it and make food and meal modifications as you see fit.  We provide you with the tools and information needed to change your plan as you do!

        The bulk of your Recomp™ Nutrition Plan includes daily meal plans that include specific food choices based on your goals and preferences and provides a balanced macro nutrient profile based on your specific information and needs.  The information presented is based on the assessment information you provided.

        As you follow your plan, it is important to understand how to measure your progress so you can adjust your plan as needed and keep your journey fun and keep you motivated.  We’ll show you how, as well as give you ways to blast through fat loss plateaus.

        Just like our newsletter and social media posts, we provide you with great tips and information specific to your nutrition goals.

         

        We don’t want to leave you hanging or with questions, so we provided information on how to update your plan as your goals change, how to reach us, and how we can help you along your journey.

        BASIC PLAN

        Our basic plan offers and initial assessment of your current nutrition and fitness level, short term, and long term goals.  We discuss food preferences, daily schedule, and other constraints in your day to day life.  This assessment is always FREE!

        From there we design a nutrition plan tailored just for you!  We also offer fitness planning services to help you capitalize on your fitness goals and provide additional support to meet your nutrition plan.

        Plan cost: $50.00

         

        6-MONTH PLAN

        The 6-Month Plan offers the same great initial assessment and nutrition plan development as our Basic Plan with the added benefit of monthly progress assessments and plan updates as needed.  This will ensure you not only are provided additional support along the way, but also to make sure your plan changes as your needs or situation does.

        Plan cost: $110

         

        12-MONTH PLAN

        The 12-Month Plan offers the same great initial assessment and nutrition plan development as our Basic Plan with the added benefit of monthly progress assessments and plan updates as needed.  This will ensure you not only are provided additional support along the way, but also to make sure your plan changes as your needs or situation does.

        MULTI-SERVICE PLAN

        10% off all nutritional plans with addition of our other services.

          

        *Nutrition plans are developed by certified personal trainers.  Our Recomp nutrition plans are based on basic, solid nutritional information and research regarding required amounts of macro nutrients and other key nutrients designed to help aid in meeting specific fitness goals.  Any nutritional planning required for serious health conditions or circumstances should be developed by a licensed or certified nutritionist or dietitian.
